The image was old and was used in multiple platforms in the year 2015, 2011 on the Pakistani website.
The image is related to Jammu & Kashmir Martyr's day.
Such images are used to mislead users on a large scale. This image was 'Fake' and is not from Kashmir after article 370 revoked as per the claims.

A Twitter user, Fan of Zaidu, posted a photo of Hollywood actress Arya Stark from series 'Game of Thrones' claiming her as a blind Kashmiri girl.
Indian Academic Madhu Purnima falls into the trap and retweets it on her account quoting 'This looks too filmy to be true. @FactCheckIndia to confirm if this is a real victim. What are Zakat Funds used for if not for poor and vulnerable?'
This is a perfect example of how people blindly believe about anything they see on the internet. As a citizen, everyone should be aware enough to find out if the claims are true or not. Such posts are used to mislead people on a large scale. Please never believe such images beforehand and recheck the facts online.This looks too filmy to be true.
